“Book Club “Family Leisure Club” company was established in 2000 as a company of books and media products sale via mail order catalogs.

Nowadays, the “KSD” is a service, providing both its own products and the products of third companies to a very wide audience. The purchasers can select products and make their orders by any means – through our catalogues, on our web site, in our branded bookshops or via our call center.

For those our clients, who subscribed to our club membership, we provide special offers. The features of the club system are:

Expert product range selection. Following the world and domestic trends our specialists select for the readers the most popular and the most demanded book projects.

Free of charge catalogues. All the club members receive by post a quarterly published magazine in color in which the book novelties at profitable prices, as well as prizes drawing are presented.

Club members’ price. The KSD members can purchase our products at the special Club members’ prices being 20% lower of retail prices.

Loyalty system. For our permanent and dedicated clients the “Book Club “Family Leisure Club” has developed a flexible loyalty policy, which includes additional personal discounts varying from 10% up to 30% for the items of the popular product range.

Drawing of prizes. Only for its clients the “Book Club “Family Leisure Club” arranges on a regular basis valuable prize drawings. 32 cars and more than 50 000 of other valuable prizes have already been disposed of up to now.

Book lovers’ society. Love to reading has united thousands of the Ukrainians in the Club. Our web site is an active communication platform, where the readers can share their impressions about the books they read, as well as to leave their comments and recommendations.

The service of books and goods sale to the club members

The company offers its customers to buy books and goods in Club shops, via catalogs and on website.

You can make an order and ask questions in any convenient way: visiting our Club shop, calling to the information service center, using the website (online-chat, forum), sending an e-mail or a letter. We take orders and provide service 7 days a week from 8 am to 9 pm. Orders delivery is performed by post offices of "UkrPoshta", "Nova Posta" or by courier service.

Retail network of the company consists of 73 Club shops in 57 cities of Ukraine (data on October 2016). The Book Club constantly expands its retail chain (today it covers all the regional centers of Ukraine and some district ones).

The customers of the shops are offered a vast range of books to suit every taste. The store advantage is that a visitor can evaluate the book: it’s format, paper quality while flipping through. Professional consultants will always help you to find items you are interested in and answer your questions, also inform you about the Club special offers and sales.

Meetings with authors, book presentations, autograph sessions and workshops are performed in the Club trade shops. The events are announced in the shops, on the Club website and in social media.

The club catalogues

Catalogues, brochures and other printed materials are a traditional part of the Club Lifecell. The Club members get free illustrated catalogues with a wide range of book production (self-published, and published by other leading companies), cosmetics, as well as brochures with additional promotional offers. It’s easy to choose goods with your family in a cozy atmosphere from a colorful brochure. That’s why our customers are always looking forward for new catalogues and other profitable offers from the Club.

The club website

Launched in 2005 our web site has become not only a popular platform to select and order books and products, but also the leisure and communication spot for our clients. Today more than 50 000 people visit our web site every day. The main advantages of the site are its 24 hour a day work, a quick search of books and products, customer-friendly digital catalogue, useful comments from our clients, information about authors and introductory abstracts to many of our books.

The Club website offers an extended range of books, goods and cosmetics to the clients. “Family Leisure Club” started selling licensed e-books on the from 2011.

On readers comment and discuss books they’ve read, get news from the literature world and communicate in the "My Club" social service. The photo contests, interactive games, quests and creative competitions are regularly held on the website.

The call center is a multichannel reference and information service of the “Book Club “Family Leisure Club” which serves our clients by phone – receives orders, answers the questions, consults the clients helping them to select books and products. The call center started its work in 2001. Nowadays, our operators receive in average 3 000 calls per day, however sometimes the number of calls exceeds 9 000 calls per day.

The “Book Club “Family Leisure Club” works every day from 8:00 to 21:00.
